Ribbon-Cutting for Richmond Avenue Railing Project
New York State Canal Corporation Director Carmella Mantello will join Lockport Mayor Michael Tucker and State and local officials at a ribbon-cutting for the Richmond Avenue Railing Project on Tuesday, September 19, 2006 at 3 p.m. at Lock 35, Richmond Avenue in Lockport (directions below).
The railing project is an important component of the City of Lockport’s downtown revitalization efforts along the New York State Canal System.
Members of the media, including photographers, are invited to attend.
Parking for the news conference is available at the Erie Canal Discovery Center located at 24 Church St.
