Mariners are
advised that the Friends of Shenendehowa Crew will be
holding a regatta on Saturday, October 31, 2009, from
8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The event will start at Freemans
Bridge in Schenectady, proceed to the east, on the south
side of the navigation channel and will end at Green
Buoy 77. Regatta participants will then cross the
navigation channel and proceed to the Burnt Hills/Shenendehowa
Boat House.
Boaters are
reminded to use caution and be mindful of their wakes in
this area as there will be up to twenty rowing shells in
the water during the event. Spotter boats will be
stationed along the course. If you have any questions,
