Mariners are
advised that the Canal will be closed to traffic and
mooring on July 26, 2009 between the Delaware Street
Bridge and Webster Street Bridge, in the Tonawandas
between the hours of 9:15 PM and 10:30 PM for fireworks
at the Canal Fest of the Tonawandas.
In the event
of an emergency, patrol craft will be in the vicinity to
provide clear passage for non-event vessels.
The Canal Corporation appreciates the public’s
