Amendment to May 31, 2007 Notice

Mariners are advised that on Wednesday, June 6th and Thursday, June 7th, Canal staff will be operating a motorized scow at Bridge C-4A, Rt.67 in Mechanicville. There will be a no wake speed from Mechanicville Terminal to Lock C-3. There will be sufficient clearance through the center span at all times.

For updates and information, mariners are advised to monitor 1-800-4CANAL4 and www.nyscanals.gov. Additionally, mariners may sign up for automatic email and text message alerts through the new Canal TRANSalert service. This service is offered to notify mariners of major incidents and emergencies that may affect navigation on the New York State Canal System.
