MARINERS
Erie Canal
E-32 to E-33 Closure
September 26, 2006
Mariners are advised that from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm on Thursday,
September 28th, the water level between Lock E-32 in Pittsford and
Lock E-33 in Rochester will be lowered to winter level. This action
is being taken due to necessary maintenance at Lock E-32.
Boaters in this section of the canal are strongly urged to take
necessary precautions for the duration of repair work.
For updates and information, mariners are advised to monitor 1-800-4CANAL4 and
www.canals.state.ny.us.
