MARINERS
Oswego Canal
Lock 0-5 Water Level
August 29, 2006
The New York State Canal Corporation has been informed that
Brookfield Power will begin to lower the water level above the dam
at Lock 0-5, on the Oswego Canal, to approximately 1.8 feet below
normal, late Tuesday evening, August 29th. This will be done in
order to facilitate flashboard repair work on Wednesday, August
30th.
The water level will be returned to normal on the afternoon of
Wednesday, August 30th. If there are any questions, please call
Brookfield Power NY - System Control Center at 1-877-816-7466.

www.canals.state.ny.us.
