Mariners are advised that the Erie Canal from Lock 8 in Scotia to Lock 12 in Tribes Hill will reopen today at 9:00 am. Pools will be running high and floating debris is moderate. Boaters should exercise caution when traveling. The entire Champlain Canal still continues with reduced bridge clearances.
