High Water, Lock E 24 to Lock C/S 1

Mariners are advised that Erie Lock 24 to Cayuga/Seneca Lock 1 is experiencing high water levels. Mariners are reminded to proceed with caution and be mindful of vessel wakes which can create property damage.
