NOTICE TO
MARINERS

Champlain Canal
Mariners are advised that heavy rain has elevated water levels along much of the Champlain Canal, and the Erie Canal between Utica and Waterford. Bridge clearances have been reduced and excessive current and debris may be expected. Certain sections of the Canal System may be closed in the near future if navigation on these sections becomes unsafe.
